2. מטרת המדיניות
מטרת מדיניות זו היא להסביר איזה מידע נאסף בעת שימוש באתר ובאפליקציה, כיצד אנו משתמשים בו, למי הוא עשוי להימסר, כיצד הוא נשמר ומהן זכויות המשתמשים ביחס למידע.
3. מידע הנאסף באתר
בעת גלישה באתר או יצירת קשר באמצעותו אנו עשויים לאסוף מידע שמוסר המשתמש ביוזמתו, כגון שם, חברה, טלפון, כתובת דוא"ל, תוכן פנייה, פרטי פרויקט או פרטי בקשה להצעת מחיר. בנוסף עשוי להיאסף מידע טכני בסיסי כגון כתובת IP, סוג דפדפן, סוג מכשיר, מערכת הפעלה, עמודים שנצפו, זמני שימוש, מקור הגעה לאתר ונתוני אבטחה ותפעול.
4. מידע הנאסף באפליקציה
אפליקציית ההזמנות מאפשרת למשתמשים ליצור, לשמור ולשלוח הזמנות חומרים. במסגרת השימוש באפליקציה אנו עשויים לאסוף ולעבד את המידע הבא:
- פרטי משתמש ופרופיל: שם, שם חברה, ח.פ או מזהה חברה, טלפון, כתובת דוא"ל, שם איש רכש ודוא"ל איש רכש.
- פרטי פרויקטים והזמנות: שם פרויקט, כתובת אספקה, אנשי קשר באתר, מוצרים שהוזמנו, כמויות, מידות, הערות, קבצים ותמונות שצורפו להזמנה.
- נתוני אימות: מספר טלפון וקוד אימות חד-פעמי, ככל שנדרש אימות מספר טלפון.
- נתוני שימוש ותפעול: פתיחת האפליקציה, מסכים שנצפו, פעולות מרכזיות, שמירת הזמנות, מחיקת הזמנות, שליחת הזמנות לרכש או לספק, תקלות ודוחות שימוש.
- נתוני מכשיר: סוג מכשיר, מערכת הפעלה, שפת מכשיר, מזהה התקנה פנימי, סטטוס הרשאה לקבלת התראות, וטוקן התראות כאשר המשתמש אישר קבלת התראות.
- נתוני מיקום: רק אם המשתמש נתן הרשאת מיקום, ובמידה הדרושה לתיעוד שימוש, תמיכה, אבטחה או שיפור השירות.
5. שימוש במידע
אנו משתמשים במידע לצורך תפעול האתר והאפליקציה, אימות משתמשים, יצירת ושמירת הזמנות, שליחת הזמנות לבן יעקב או לגורמי רכש, הפקת מסמכי PDF להזמנות, מתן שירות ותמיכה, ניהול פרויקטים, התאמת מק"טים לפי חברה, שליחת הודעות שירות והתראות, שיפור חוויית המשתמש, אבטחת השירות, מניעת שימוש לרעה, ניתוח נתוני שימוש פנימיים ועמידה בדרישות דין.
6. מסירת מידע לצדדים שלישיים
המידע עשוי להימסר לספקי שירות המסייעים לנו להפעיל את האתר והאפליקציה, לרבות שירותי אחסון וענן, מסדי נתונים, שליחת דוא"ל, שליחת SMS או אימות טלפוני, שירותי התראות, מערכות אנליטיקה ותפעול, Apple, Google, Vercel, Supabase, Twilio וספקי תשתית דומים. כמו כן, מידע הזמנה עשוי להימסר לאיש הרכש שהוגדר על ידי המשתמש או לבן יעקב פתרונות טקסטיל לצורך טיפול בהזמנה. לא נמכור מידע אישי לצדדים שלישיים.
7. הודעות, דוא"ל והתראות
המשתמש עשוי לקבל הודעות שירות הקשורות לאימות, להזמנות, לתקלות, לעדכוני גרסה, לשינויים בשירות או לתמיכה. התראות Push יישלחו רק למשתמשים שאישרו קבלת התראות במכשירם, וניתן לבטלן בכל עת דרך הגדרות המכשיר.
8. קבצים, תמונות ומסמכי הזמנה
כאשר המשתמש מצרף קבצים או תמונות להזמנה, הקבצים משמשים לצורך הטיפול בהזמנה, הבהרת צרכים באתר, תמיכה ותיעוד. מסמכי PDF של הזמנות עשויים להיווצר ולהישמר במערכות הניהול לצורך מעקב, טיפול ותיעוד.
9. עוגיות וטכנולוגיות דומות באתר
האתר עשוי להשתמש בעוגיות, אחסון מקומי וטכנולוגיות דומות לצורך תפעול תקין, אבטחה, מדידת שימוש ושיפור חוויית המשתמש. ניתן לשלוט בעוגיות דרך הגדרות הדפדפן, אך חסימתן עשויה להשפיע על חלק מהפעולות באתר.
10. שמירת מידע

2. Purpose of this policy
This policy explains what information is collected when using the website and the application, how we use it, with whom it may be shared, how it is stored, and what rights users have in relation to their information.
3. Information collected through the website
When browsing the website or contacting us through it, we may collect information voluntarily provided by the user, such as name, company, phone number, email address, message content, project details or quotation-request details. We may also collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, usage times, referral source, and security or operational data.
4. Information collected through the application
The ordering application enables users to create, save and send material orders. In connection with use of the application, we may collect and process the following information:
- User and profile details: name, company name, company ID or registration number, phone number, email address, purchasing contact name and purchasing email address.
- Project and order details: project name, delivery address, on-site contact details, ordered products, quantities, measurements, comments, files and photos attached to an order.
- Verification data: phone number and one-time verification code where phone verification is required.
- Usage and operational data: app launch, screens viewed, key actions, saved orders, deleted orders, orders sent to purchasing or to the supplier, errors and usage reports.
- Device data: device type, operating system, device language, internal installation identifier, notification-permission status, and push-notification token where the user approved notifications.
- Location data: only if the user grants location permission, and only as needed for usage records, support, security or service improvement.
5. Use of information
We use information to operate the website and application, verify users, create and save orders, send orders to Ben Yacov or purchasing contacts, generate PDF order documents, provide service and support, manage projects, match customer-specific catalog numbers or SKUs, send service messages and notifications, improve user experience, secure the services, prevent misuse, perform internal usage analysis and comply with legal requirements.
6. Sharing information with third parties
Information may be shared with service providers that help us operate the website and application, including hosting and cloud services, databases, email services, SMS or phone-verification services, notification services, analytics and operational systems, Apple, Google, Vercel, Supabase, Twilio and similar infrastructure providers. Order information may also be shared with the purchasing contact designated by the user or with Ben Yacov Textile Solutions for order handling. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
7. Messages, email and notifications
Users may receive service messages related to verification, orders, errors, version updates, service changes or support. Push notifications will be sent only to users who approved notifications on their device, and may be disabled at any time through the device settings.
8. Files, photos and order documents
When a user attaches files or photos to an order, those files are used for order handling, clarification of on-site needs, support and documentation. PDF order documents may be generated and stored in management systems for tracking, handling and recordkeeping.
9. Cookies and similar technologies on the website
The website may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies for proper operation, security, usage measurement and user-experience improvement. Users may control cookies through browser settings, but blocking them may affect some website functions.
10. Data retention
Information will be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including order handling, customer service, business records, security, legal compliance and dispute management. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we will act to delete or anonymize it according to the circumstances and system capabilities.
